Historical place Jafraganj cemetery or 101 grave yard lalbagh Murshidabad.
Jafraganj cemetery was built by Mir Jafar over an area 3.5 acres within an enclosure of wavey walls. About half a mile north to Nizam Fort Palace campus and inside the campus of Namak Haram Daorhi (click).

It host of grave of later Nawab of Bengal of Najafi Dynasty ,starting from Mir jafar and their family members. At the present the grave yard control & maintain by Archeological survey of India.
History :
It said that earlyer there was a Kitchen garden at the site the cemetery is present, which Shah khanaum Begum ( Mir Jafar's wife) was very fond of (like) this garden.

Jafraganj cemetery is the grave yard of the family members of Nawab of Bengal. It host the grave of Nazim Humayun jha ,his wife Umdat un - nisha Begum , Amir un- niha Dulhan Begum, Sultana Begum, RRais un-nisa BegumBegum. Nawaba Nazim walla jha and his wife. Mir Jafar & his wife shah khanaum Begum. Babu Begum, Munni Begum. Nawab Nazim mubarak ud-Dulah his wife Faizun-nisa Begum. Mir jafar's father sayed ahame nafiz, Muhammad ali khan mir jafar's brother and many other family members of Nawab family.
